**BR Athletic Hall of Fame Annual Golf Outing *

 

The Bridgewater-Raritan Athletic High School Hall of Fame is a 501c non-profit organization that raises funds to help benefit Hall of Fame inductees and provides two $1000 scholarships to current high school senior female and male athletes. Funds raised also provide selected Hall of Fame honorees with a Hall of Fame Plaque to be presented at the enshrinement dinner and one to be hung in the Bridgewater-Raritan High School Hall of Fame Wing. To generate the funds needed to help the Hall of Fame, we must rely upon the generosity of corporate sponsors, local businesses, and private donors. We are asking the many special corporate entities, private donors, and local businesses who are committed to making a positive impact on the community to help the committee fulfill our goals of presenting scholarships to two deserving athletes and plaques to our inductees. We have similar goals, in that we are committed to Honoring the achievements of our current Athletes and past Outstanding Athletes, Coaches, and Contributors.  All Donations are tax deductible (EIN #84-4494974).    

 

The Hall of Fame is hosting its annual golf outing at Heron Glen Golf Course in Ringoes (Flemington/Raritan), NJ.  The event will take place on Monday, May 20th.  Continental Breakfast and Registration starts at 7:30am, and Shotgun start at 9:00am.
 

*Cost of Golf is $215, and it includes golf w/cart, continental breakfast, beverage cart with snacks on the course, followed by an open bar, and dinner. Plus, a prize table. It is requested Golfers sign up by May 6th, 2024, so an accurate number can be provided to the golf course. Dinner & Open Bar (Only) $75 (no prize table)  

Format is a “Scramble”: The golf committee reserves the right to change the format if necessary.

 

*Sponsor in the following ways:

  • 1st or 18th Tee - $250

  • 2nd–17th Tee - $150

  • Putting Green - $250

  • Driving Range - $350

  • Beverage Cart - $2,000 (Includes a 4-some + a ½ -page ad in the HOF Induction Program)

  • Outing Gift - $3,000 (Name and logo on gift, submitted by April 21st) (Includes a 4-some + a Full-page ad in HOF Induction Program)

  • Banquet Sponsor - $4,000.00 (Includes 6 players + 2 Full-page ads in the HOF Induction Program)

  • Ball Sponsor - $5,000 (Name and logo on balls, submitted by April 21st) (Includes two 4-somes + the inside Front Cover of the HOF Induction Program)

  • Gift Certificate or Merchandise or Services — $25 plus

The B-R High School Athletic HOF Enshrinement Dinner

 

The Class of 2024 HOF Dinner will be held on

Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the Bridgewater Marriott 6:30pm to 11pm

Tickets are now on sale for the fourth annual B-R Athletic Hall of Fame dinner and induction ceremony October 5, 2024 at the Bridgewater Marriott at 6:30PM. Ticket Information will become available later in May 2024.
